Co-founded by husband and wife Emill Levasseur and Joanna Kingsley, Impact+Capital is built on their experience and success in real estate investing. They co-own a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio and decided to take their expertise to the next level by helping other physicians invest passively in real estate syndications while continuing to pursue their passion for medicine.

Mission
The mission of Impact+Capital is to help physicians invest passively in value-add multifamily real estate, while providing higher returns through a dedicated asset management team. We strive to make a positive impact in our communities by donating a percentage of our revenue to non-profit organizations, starting with creating free assisted living facilities for underprivileged elderly patients with advanced dementia in the Dominican Republic. We are committed to helping our investors achieve their financial goals while also making a meaningful difference in the world.
