Emill Levasseur is an emerging force in the real estate industry, driven by a genuine passion for the market's potential. With a growing personal portfolio, Emill is actively expanding his expertise and sharing his knowledge as a real estate coach. Guided by core values of collaboration, integrity, and sustainability he co-founded Impact+Capital to seek value-add opportunities, implementing strategic enhancements to maximize returns for investors. Emill also holds a deep sense of social responsibility, envisioning sustaining financially assisted living facilities for poor elderly with dementia in the Dominican Republic.

Emill's journey into real estate was fueled by his previous experience as a young prominent physician. As a former Chief of Medicine, Director of Hospital Medicine, and Physician Advisor, he honed his administration skills in the healthcare industry. However, Emill made a deliberate shift to focus on multifamily real estate investing in order to avoid trading time for money. This transition allowed him to channel his expertise into real estate operations and assist physicians to obtain financial freedom and wealth creation with a purpose.

Joanna Kingsley is a real estate investor, wife, mother, entrepreneur,  physician, and Co-founder of Impact + Capital.

Drawing from years of experience in the field, Joanna possesses a keen understanding of market trends, property valuation, and risk assessment. Has built a robust portfolio through her skills in property analysis, negotiation, strategic planning as well as asset management creating alternate income streams and securing a stable financial future for her family.

Outside of her work in real estate, Joanna is an advocate for financial education and empowerment. She actively contributes by sharing her knowledge and experiences to inspire and guide aspiring real estate investors.
